Ian M. Clark obtained his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2012. Upon graduation Ian immediately went into private practice. He quickly developed the respect of his peers, with frequent courtroom victories and demonstrable passion and preparedness in litigating for the accused. Recognizing Ian’s energy and drive would be a welcome asset to the firm, AKM&W made him part of the warrior lawyers at its earliest opportunity.
Ian now exclusively defends the criminally accused, and focuses on Fourth Amendment violations where he has enjoyed success in asserting his client’s constitutional rights to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures.
Ian’s professional affiliations include the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Wichita Bar Association, and the Kansas Bar Association. He also serves on local hospital, Wesley Medical Center’s, ethics committee as a community member.
